I clean the apartment once a week so if you are staying here we will have to take turns doing a full clean of the apartment every fortnight - that includes - vacuuming, cleaning floors, proper toilet clean, dusting all the spaces and wiping down the kitchen properly along.
There is no parking spot so if you have a car please be mindful that it is street parking only.
Please be mindful to limit overnight guests - if you have a partner and they sleep over a couple of nights a week it is okay but the space is for 2 people so 3 people feels crowded and uncomfortable. If you are actively dating please be mindful not to bring strangers you met on an app to the apartment. I am fairly open minded and accepting but I would prefer to keep our home as peaceful, positive and the good energy flowing. The perfect flatmate would enhance these values and practise conscious communication.
