I am a 26 year old girl who has lived in the eastern suburbs my whole life.
I love going down to the beach and for walks as well as going to the gym.
I love socialising with friends and would love to have a flatmate who also becomes a friend. I do also like having downtime to myself.
during the week i like to focus on gym and work and love going out for a wine with the girls on the weekend.
my space is always clean and i am respectful of others around me
The Apartment is full on sunlight during the day and has plenty of on street parking.
The unit will be furnished other than the rented out bedroom. my current flatmate is willing to sell her furniture if required.
It is a 10 minute walk to eastgardens
5 min drive to maroubra beach
The rent is required in cash untill december.
