The room is a pretty decent size and larger than your average room for a large bed, desk, double sized built in wardrobes and still plenty of room to swing a cat although no animals were harmed in the making of this advert. I have the smaller room out the two and mine is still a very decent size

Everything at my property is clean and tidy. I live on the end Flat on the top floor so there are no neighbours and zero noise coming from anywhere. There are no great views but no bad ones either. You can accces the roof which does have pretty decent views and I have never actually seen anyone up there so I often take my pilaties Matt up there and relax or exercise. Netflix, prime and of course internet is included as well as ducted air-conditioned/ heater in both rooms as well as the main living area. You will have the larger room of the two which leads on to the balcony and has its own Ensuite 😊❤️

I had a really successful flatmate find on this last time but unfortunately after 6 months here Holly is off to America to see her boyfriend so it's time to do it all again so here goes. I look forward to meeting new people and welcoming you in to my home which will also be yours 🙌❤️

My flat is always kept clean and tidy, and one of the best things about living here is how peaceful it is. Positioned on the top floor at the end of the building, there is no one above us and no shared walls with neighbouring apartments. It is incredibly quiet and private, which is one of the main reasons I have loved being here for so long.

The room available is the larger of the two bedrooms, with direct access to the balcony and its own ensuite. There is a hallway from the bedroom entrance that leads through to the ensuite, giving the room a private layout. It feels like your own space rather than opening straight into a shared area.

Plus, there is access to the rooftop, which is usually beautifully quiet and has lovely views. I often take my Pilates mat up there to relax or exercise, and it is one of those little hidden perks that makes the place feel extra special.

Netflix, Stan, and internet are all included, along with all of the home amenities listed below.

More than anything, I want this to feel like a home, not just a room, and if you are the right fit, you will be genuinely welcomed into a space that feels as much yours as mine 😊❤️
