About occupants
I’m a 30-year-old first-generation Iraqi, working full-time as a lawyer in health regulation. My week is split between three days in the office and two in the city. I have been renting for close to 10 years now.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching football (lifelong Arsenal fan), and spending time on creative projects like 3D art and writing and PC gaming. I’m generally quite independent and value quiet time, but I also appreciate the comfort of shared downtime—whether it’s watching a show on the couch or chatting about the day with whoever I live with.

My girlfriend visits from time to time, and I’m very mindful of shared spaces and keeping the home a calm, respectful environment. I’m queer-friendly and open to all religions, ethnicities, and backgrounds—my friends are a small, close-knit and diverse group.

This space is ideal for someone who values a peaceful, well-connected living environment and appreciates a balance between personal space and relaxed companionship. It offers the perfect setting for both introverted and extroverted personalities. Very happy for you to have friends, family and partners over. The space is also smoker and 420 friendly.
Compatible people
I’m hoping to share the space with another professional—someone clean, tidy, and respectful of shared areas. Paying rent and bills on time is essential, and I believe that mutual respect, clear communication, and consideration go a long way in creating a comfortable, relaxed home.
Description of pets
I live with two cats: Pingu (white male) and Nour (black female). Both are friendly, clean, and fully litter-trained, with their litter box kept on my private balcony. Pingu is outgoing and affectionate—the alpha of his litter and always well-behaved. Nour is a shelter rescue and much more reserved; she prefers to stay in my room and may take several months to warm up to new people.

I take full responsibility for their care, and they’re both independent. Pingu may pop over to say hello and keep company but neither will ever be a bother.
