Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with me, ideally moving in around November 20!

I’m currently living in the same building in a different apartment and would love to stay in the area because of how convenient it is.

* 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
* Your own unfurnished bedroom with a small walk-in wardrobe
* Your own bathroom
* Heating and air-conditioning
* One car space available, and I’m happy for you to use it!
* Rooftop area with BBQ facilities
* Secure building access using access cards and an intercom system

💰 RENT: $410 PER WEEK – NEGOTIABLE

The total rent is $880 per week. I’m planning to take the master bedroom with its own ensuite, and I’m open to discussing the rent split. Utilities are to be confirmed.

* 🚆 Just a 2-minute walk to Homebush Station, with approximately 40 minutes by train to the city

🐱 ABOUT THE CAT

I have a very friendly, quiet, neutered and litter-trained cat who lives with me. He’s super affectionate and loves people!

Other cats may also be welcome, subject to the landlord’s approval and any applicable pet conditions. Cat lovers are especially welcome! 🐾

🛋️ FURNITURE & LIVING ARRANGEMENTS

The bedroom is unfurnished, so you can decorate and furnish it however you’d like.

I have a washing machine and a bar fridge, and I’m planning to get a larger fridge soon. I don’t currently have a sofa or much living room furniture, so if you have furniture you’d like to bring along, you’re more than welcome to! We can work together to make the shared spaces comfortable for both of us.

📅 MOVE-IN: Ideally around November 20. Looking for someone who can move in around this time, so please reach out if you’re interested!

The apartment is currently being arranged with the agent, so the tenancy, move-in date and final arrangements will need to be confirmed before committing.
