Tenant pay for electricity if he/she start abusing the usage of Electricity usage by leaving the aircon on n going out, if they leavr light on, fan on and goes out, if they continue for more then twice its keeps happening then its abusing the used of electricity, there is separate meter box and tenant have to pay for the electricity bills of his usage.
I believe as human it’s our responsible to save our earth our (environment and to save climate change by not abusing usage of electricity but using only if needed and we all must do our part to save the world by using electricity wisely.
