Hi there,
I recently moved into a two-bedroom plus study all by myself and I would like to share this home. The entire place is fairly spacious and has plenty of storage cupboards.
10 minutes walk from Flemington station and to the Markets. If you're driving it's within 15 km to the city or Mascot.
The apartment complex comes with gym, sauna, swimming pool, and other community areas (table tennis, bbq, playground etc).
The place is secure with intercom access.

The room available for rent has a study table in it which came with the property.
It can fit a queen bed.
