I have 2 rooms available which share 1 bathroom, both with built-ins. The bedrooms are unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. The 4th bedroom will be kept as a spare room so that any of us can have people stay over.

Located on a small, quiet street in the north end of Hornsby, this brick veneer house features a large kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, oven and breakfast bar, dining room with reverse cycle AC, large living room, gas BBQ, and a spare room for guessed which could double as a study.

I have 1 bedroom available and I am looking for a tenant who is social, respectful, and might like to share a meal occasionally. The available room is unfurnished, and will share the large main bathroom. With my current roommate Matt.

All other areas of the house will be furnished including couch, TV (with Chromecast and several game consoles), fridge and kitchen appliances, bar, stools and dining table.

Gary is a patient, kind hearted 36 year old man who works hard as a carpenter and likes to relax at the end of the day with a beer in hand at the BBQ. He enjoys wood working in the shed, video games, movies and cooking. He enjoys the adventure of travelling (except for covid) and enjoys a rock climb every now and then. He values family time and is often away up the coast visiting them.

Matt is an easy-going, friendly 35 year old engineer who enjoys rock climbing, hitting up the gym, video games and skydiving. He works from home a couple of days a week and in the office or onsite the rest of the time. He's always happy to share a whiskey after a long day.
