Description of the home

The house has a really warm, homey feel, super comfortable and easy to settle into.
There’s a spacious front and back yard, with plenty of room for parking. Out back, there’s also a storage room for any extras you might need to tuck away.

Your room will be unfurnished. However, the room has a built in wardrobe.

We share a bathroom that includes a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day!

There’s even a cute little library nook (though we’ll be honest... it’s more for vibes than actual reading at the moment).

The location is a major win: we’re in a lovely, friendly community with a bus stop just steps away. It’s only a 5-minute drive to Coles, 10 minutes to the main shopping area, and 8 minutes to Hornsby Station by car, or around 20 minutes by bus.

It’s a lovely area for early morning or late afternoon strolls/jogs.

We share all the bills in the house. Water (quarterly), electricity (monthly) and internet (monthly). You will have to pay your share. Sometimes, we may need a gardener to maintain the big backyard and front yard. We have a mower, however, we often get too busy to do the yard ourselves. This is also shared between us. If we require a cleaner, we also share this.

The real estate also does quarterly inspections to keep everything in shape and the house must be in great condition. We’ve had positive feedback so far.

Bills and expenses

There is an electricity bill monthly, internet monthly and water quarterly. This is split between all tenants.
