Our lovely home is positioned on a quiet street in Hurlstone Park in Sydney’s Inner West.
It is just minutes walk to Woolworths, Aldi, cafes, Canterbury train station and bus stops.
Beautiful Cooks river walking path and parkland is minutes away.
Direct train to city takes bit over 20 minutes.
Currently the train station is temporarily closed due to the construction of the Metro Line. At peak times buses come every few minutes. It takes approximately 14 minutes to Sydenham from where you can get on the metro to the city and Chatswood.
You will have access to:
-Fully equipped kitchen and laundry
-Leafy large garden with beautiful trees, tables and chairs for dining out.
-You will receive towels, pillows, quilt and all the required bed linen.
-Plenty of free on street parking.
This is a peaceful home (not a party house) which you will be sharing with me.
Ideal home for someone who works or studies full time and would appreciate a quiet relaxed haven. Even though this is not a party house I would like to know my housemates, have a chat, or occasional meal together.

I am an avid travellers and also love spending time at home in my studio listening to quiet music as I create art.
Love animals and occasionally have a neighbourhood cat hanging out in the backyard but can not have pets.
I very much value the tranquility of our home and would love to share my home with someone who does too.

It is a drama free home where I hope to develop a lovely friendship.
I value the home being a quiet sanctuary. Because of that, I’m happy for you to have friends over during the day/evening—just let me know so I’m not caught off guard and I will do the same. To maintain the privacy and quiet of the home, I have a no overnight guests policy.
