Sitting right on Cooks river with a beautiful park! A short walk to Hurlstone park station for the soon to be metro extension as well as buses in all directions (Burwood or the city!).
I strive to have a clean cozy home. I live in a very relaxing, quiet area with close proximity to Marrickville, where the party is at.
The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, great air flow and natural light. More than happy to share the kitchen facilities fully.
I'm hoping to find a housemate who is laid back and tidy. Someone who doesn't mind watching a movie together, but also doesnt mind some alone time after returning after a busy day 😊
