A tree lined bush habitat where the birds come to visit, water views, gym area and exercise zone down stairs, park at the end of the street and bus stop at the top of the drive way. 2 good sized bedrooms with wardrobes and mirrors. Tiled floor in the living area and carpeted bedrooms. I am looking for a couple to take the sunny spare bed room.
I am working away so you will be mostly free to be at home in my space and furniture alone for most of the week and I am home weekends, hence paying for electricity etc.
