Spacious, 3-bedroom house in Kellyville Ridge. It’s walking distance to cafes, supermarkets, ovals, train stations and plenty of other facilities. Big yard with plenty of space for a two people to comfortably live, plenty of storage available as well.

Looking for someone to move in and treat it as their own home too. After an easy going young professional like myself. Plenty of space for privacy and downtime, the place has 2 living areas, a shared bathroom, heaps of outdoor space to utilise and obviously your own bedroom as well as a study which can be shared between both of us.

The house has a heap of natural light, with the available bedroom having plenty of room for a double bed as well as some other pieces of furniture you would like. You'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person, making it easy to maintain privacy and cleanliness.

Would ideally like a respectful, easy going house mate who likes dogs as I have a dog named Betty. She’s a cross breed who was a rescue. I’ve had her about 10 years now and she can be a little nervous around strangers at first but once she warms up to you, she won’t want to leave your side. Living space is very open plan, and I enjoy socialising but also really enjoy my down time alone as well.

Bills (internet, electricity, gas and water) included in rent of $350 per week.
