Description of the home

We are a 4 bedroom, lovely federation era, recently renovated home, within walking distance to the CBD, UNSW, NIDA, AFTRS and Randwick TAFE. We are a quiet, slightly nerdy household who study and work.

We have excellent internet and loads of freezer space. There's one bathroom, a lounge, and space in the kitchen for a cuppa and a chat. It's possible to chill in the house by yourself no stress, or hang with folks if you like. The loungeroom is also a study area, and becomes a quiet zone during exams and assessments.

Your new bedroom is big and bright with lots of windows and a beautiful non-functional fireplace.

The house is in walking distance to 5+ gyms and Centennial Park. There's loads of transport (buses and trams) nearby and you'll never wait longer than 5 minutes for your Uber. Sadly there is very little parking in the area, and none close to the house. We're Queer, Trans and SW friendly, also happy to live with folks on a pension/Centrelink/Austudy/stipend. We can't wait to meet you. Inspections will be TBA.

I work in TV and study, Housemate 2 is a sweet and easy going healthcare worker, and Housemate 3 is a mature aged STEM undergrad at UNSW. We are very chill and relaxed at home.
