Description of the home

Spacious and charming 2 bedroom top floor art deco apartment in a very quiet, tree-lined street in Kensington with me. Your room is bright and private, with a desk, computer screen, built in wardrobe and bedside tables. It’s super quick and easy to get to UNSW, to Randwick hospitals, and to the beach from here by bus or bike, and the light railway to Central is behind the corner. Easy access to the airport and the CBD too. An ideal location. Very close to Moore and Centennial Parks. We’ll share dishwasher, a washing machine, a dining room, a lounge, separate bathroom and toilet, and a communal garden. Happy to be flexible on dates and duration of stay ☺️

About occupants
Hi! I’m a very active artist and uni lecturer. I’m originally Italian. I lived in England and in China. I work at Sydney University and at North Shore Hospital. I love the ocean and from this apartment it’s easy to get to Coogee and Clovelly (my favourite beach). I’m very relaxed and love a chat over coffee or a glass of wine, but I also love my privacy. A clean, tidy and peaceful environment where I can cook simple healthy meals and feel serene is what I call a home. Respect, good communication, and care for the space we live in are very important to me.
Compatible people
I enjoy a clean, tidy and serene home. I value respect and good communication. I would love a good balance between respect for each other’s privacy and good conversations over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee! ☺️ If you feel that this is you, please get in touch. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
Description of pets
I love animals but the owner doesn’t allow any 😔
