Description of the home

The flat is a spacious two-bed with great natural light and views to the city and of Randwick Racecourse. We’ve also got a large balcony with a BBQ 🌭 As well as a garage for storage.

The available room is a furnished double with built-in wardrobes.

The location is so handy, it’s quiet and chilled but really convenient.

We’re about three minutes from the ES Marks light rail stop for easy access to the city (20 mins) and Central (10 mins). There’s also a direct bus straight to Coogee that gets you there in about 20 mins (or a ten mins drive if you have a car).

Centennial Park and Moore Park are just around the corner, and there are plenty of gyms, cafés, plus both Coles and Aldi nearby.

Would be great to find someone who’s up for hanging out, would be good to become friends instead of just co-existing haha. It’s not a party house, so would suit someone who’s chill but also up for a laugh.

Ideally 6 months stay and 4 weeks notice to leave.

Internet is $65 pm between us, electric is billed quarterly and usually works out about $180 each.
