Centennial Park is a few minuets away, perfect for walks, running and cycling, and Randwick (cafés, shops and supermarkets) is around 2 km away.
Transport is excellent, with Light Rail L2 and L3 nearby providing direct access to the CBD (Town Hall, Wynyard, Circular Quay). There are also frequent city buses (396, 392, 392N, 373) and a direct bus to Coogee Beach (370), which takes about 10–15 minutes.
A great highlight of the location is the dedicated bike path to the city, making cycling to the CBD safe and easy. The home offers a nice relaxed, friendly and easy‑going, suitable for studying, socialising, and unwinding after a busy day.

I live in the other room and I’m friendly, relaxed and easy to live with. Social without being over‑the‑top. I enjoy music, good conversations and a comfortable home vibe, while also valuing personal space.
I have an active lifestyle and enjoy gym classes, swimming, cycling and spending time outdoors. I’m a great cook when I do cook (just not every day 😄), and I enjoy the occasional shared dinner or glass of wine, but I’m equally happy doing my own thing.
