Description of the home
A clean, comfortable and well-equipped home right on the UNSW Kensington campus, with an approved lease transfer offering a rare opportunity to move into UNSW Village without going through the usual accommodation waitlist. It is a 6 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Two rooms are vacant.
Taking over the room may also put you in a stronger position to apply as a returning resident for next year, with potential access to returning-resident/loyalty rates, subject to UNSW Village eligibility and policies.
You’re within easy reach of light rail and bus connections, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets around UNSW and nearby Kingsford.
The home has broadband internet, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, electronic security and lift access. There’s also a balcony/outdoor area, BBQ facilities and city views, giving you plenty of space to relax outside your room.

We’re all fairly busy and focused on our studies, but we’re definitely not an antisocial household. We enjoy chatting, having good conversations and catching up when we’re around, while also respecting each other’s space and schedules. Everyone is clean, responsible and considerate of the shared areas, and the overall atmosphere at home is relaxed and calm.
We’d love to find someone with a similar vibe, who is friendly and sociable, but also respectful, clean and comfortable doing their own thing.
