This is a huge 3 bedroom apartment with a generous L-shaped living and dining space, a wrap around balcony (as well as a private balcony in the master bedroom) and windows on 3 sides. It feels more like a house than an apartment in terms of space and light. The master ensuite room and one of the standard rooms are currently available.

I won’t pretend it’s super modern - the bathrooms and kitchen are original style. But it’s been freshly painted, with a new carpet, well looked after and is clean, functional and spacious.

The kitchen features internal laundry (washer and dryer) and all the standard appliances you’d want and is well stocked with pots and pans, crockery etc - but you’re welcome to bring anything of your own too.

The living room features big stylish sofas and chairs, and a large TV with Apple TV to be able to stream all your favourite apps.

The bedrooms are generously proportioned. The master ensuite bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and private balcony. The middle room has a large built in wardrobe. All 3 rooms are generous proportions, light and airy and can be provided either furnished or unfurnished as you prefer. All bills included in rent.

The middle sized is currently tenanted by a friendly, outgoing, clean and respectful Italian guy, mid 20s. The other 2 rooms are available.

Location is right on the border of Randwick and Kingsford on Rainbow Street. Super convenient for walking to POW Hospital, UNSW, Randwick high street and shops, The Spot entertainment centre. Only 5 mins walk the other way to the light rail and plenty bus routes to the City and beyond.

I’m looking for happy, positive, respectful people and hoping to create a happy and stable household. I’d prefer long term but equally would never want to force people to stay somewhere if it wasn’t working out for them or their situation changed so I’d just like a 2 week bond for a 2 week notice.
