I'm renting my room for short term because I'm going overseas. It'llbe available from Aug 31st to October 8th but I can be flexible with dates. It's a big very well lit room. It's fully furnished with queen bed, TV, set of drawers, bed-side table, plus the built-in wardrobe.

The House is very spacious with 3 bedrooms inside the house plus a granny flat out the back, the house has 2 bathrooms that we'll share, dinning room, living room and sun room with another desk and seating area set up, also a big backyard and front yard, the house is fully furnished so you won't have to worry about anything.

About what is closed by, the house is well located with the buses going to the city and Bondi Junction just 1 minute away.
The Juniors railway station is just 8 minutes walking.
The heart of Kingsford is only 10 minute walking where you'll find a variety of restaurants.
Westfield Eastgardens is 15 minutes walk where you'll find anything you could think of.
Dan Murphys is just 2 minutes away if you like drinking.

Hey! You'll be sharing the house with Juan, Valentina, and Isabella.
About us:
Juan: has been in Australia for the last 8 years, works full time as a carpenter in the eastern suburbs. He's normally very social but also likes to keep some space to himself, He's usually out of the house most of the time either working or training, likes going out for walks, a swim or freediving so if you like the water, big plus!
Valentina: in her early 30's, she works as a carpenter and loves to go to the gym and the random glass of wine at home watching netflix at home.
Isabella: Isa is an English girl that recently moved in with us, she works in recruitment for an energy company in the CBD and also works in hospitality on the weekends, she's normally out of the house most of the time either working or at soccer practice.
We all have pretty similar hobbies so yo would catch us either at the beach, at the gym or at the Coogee bay hotel.
