The two-story 3 bedroom townhouse sits just behind another property so lesser traffic noise but not too far away from the street, has front and back enclosed courtyards, downstairs common toilet, kitchen and laundry areas, double garage, and storage. Shared areas are modestly furnished at the moment. Welcome for each housemates to add to the house to make it feel like their own. Happy to accept new appliance or new furniture.
The property manager is also good and responsive with major rental concerns.

Common outdoor pathway is lined with outdoor lights and flowery shrubs, maintained by strata. View from our glass balcony windows to surrounding plants and trees. Nice cool breeze often pass through the area.

Each housemate(s) will be required to sign the 12-month lease as per landlord. This is a good chance for those who want to start or continue good rental history in Australia.
