Hi Everyone! My housemates and I are moving out! We have been subleasing from my Cousin who lives in the downstairs apartment to this house on the top floor. It is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite. (first and second photos are bedroom and it’s en suite) Second bedroom also has a cute little sunroom to sit in!! It’s a really cute little house in Kingsford!

10 minutes to light rail, 392 Bus to redfern right outside the house, 392 bus to eastgardens also right outside the house! 10 Minutes from UNSW. 20 minutes into the city.

15 minutes on the 396 to Maroubra beach as well!

Shared laundry upstairs, my cousin comes upstairs to do laundry on Mondays! He also BBQs a lot during the summer and will probably invite you downstairs to the BBQ! He’s super cool guy, half Brazilian and wants Brazilian people like him to live in the home above him or a family!
