We have a sunny double bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in our apartment in Kogarah 2217 from the 1st of May. The room comes with a big build in wardrobe, double bed, bed side table and desk. The furniture can be removed if you have your own.
The room goes directly on our balcony for you to enjoy a little ocean view in the morning or during the day.
The apartment is quite new and has a fully equipped kitchen including a dish washer, fridge, freezer and a gas stovetop. We have a dining area as well. The apartment has a laundry room with a washing machine (front loader) and dryer. We have a big living room with TV.
We are looking for a working professional that is quiet, clean and respects each others privacy but also likes to have a chat here and there if time allows. Please note that this is not a party house. We also have a rotating cleaning plan which means you will have to clean the common areas every 3 weeks.
We are only a 5 minute walk to Kogarah station and bus stops where you can also find Woolworths and Aldi near the station as well. Brighton Le Sands beach is about a 30 minutes’ walk away and the city center can be reached by train in 20 minutes.
Bond: 4 weeks rent
Rent: $390/week (including all bills)
