It comes with a double bed with sheets and a clothing rack with some hangers. There is direct access to the balcony from your room to enjoy your morning coffee or however you'd like to use it.
It is a shared bathroom situation, however, as the other bedroom is currently vacant, it'll be all yours for now.
Parking is available on the street (and usually there isn't a problem finding a space).
The train station is approximately 10-15mins walk up the road.
