Description of the home

This is a very special place, not just to me but you might find you agree if you come take a look. Especially if you like to be close to the beach (but who doesnt really).

It is too big of a place just for myself and too nice of a spot to lose by downsizing and I am hoping to leave it in good hands while I go off to do some traveling soon.

It is on the water where we have the best sunsets in Sydney. There are multiple beaches that are practically empty during the week. Plenty of restaurants close by, a convenience store around the corner. A grocery store in walking distance.

WE ARE IN THE EASTERN SUBURBS even though we are at the end and a little forgotten, which is why it feels like our own private resort at times.

It takes exactly 120 seconds to get to the bus stop where a bus leaves every 10 minutes to bondi junction through randwick and a tram station into the city.

We have a pool and just enough space to have your own space.
