The house is very conveniently located to Lakemba train station (300 metres away, or a 5 minute walk).
It's also a 2 minute walk from Woolworths and local shops on Haldon Street. We are also close to a few gyms in the area, and an Aldi supermarket.
We have a very small dog named Hari, who is very gentle and doesn't leave dog hair everywhere. Our room mate would need to be comfortable with living with a small dog.
