I’m pretty chill, very friendly and outgoing and neat and tidy. I’m more of an introvert but can also be an extrovert if I’ve found the right people to connect with!
At the moment, I’m not working regular hours and am focusing on managing my health and other life commitments, which means I’m often around the home during the day. I’m very respectful of others’ routines and value a calm, clean, drama free, low-stress living environment.
When I am working, I freelance from home in digital content and have worked in the media industry for the past 13 years.
I love music, the beach, animals, concerts, and anything creative. I’m vegetarian / mostly vegan, and I often visit my family — I also babysit my niece and nephew quite a bit, who live nearby in Sydney.
I’ve recently welcomed my dream pet — a beautiful ragdoll kitten named Dolly — who you would also be sharing the apartment with.
She sleeps in my room overnight and is very relaxed, spending most of her time either in my room or the lounge on her tower. You’ll need to be a cat lover (or at least cat-tolerant!).
Over the years, the apartment has always been a calm and respectful space. We tend to do our own thing, but when we’re all home we’ll often chat and occasionally watch a movie together with some wine and cheese.
What I’m Looking For:
Ideally, I’m looking for a female flatmate in a similar age bracket, working full-time or part-time. If you work from home, there is a spare room included in the rent that can be used as a home office.
I’m looking for someone kind, honest, friendly, respectful, tidy, and clean — and ideally someone wanting to stay long-term.
Just to be transparent: I live with multiple chronic illnesses, and during flare-ups I may spend more time resting and keeping to my own space.
This isn’t a party or chaotic house — it’s very much a calm, chilled, safe space away from the outside world.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, or if you have any questions, feel free to message me and we can arrange a time for you to come and check out the place!
