Description of the home

The property is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, which goes directly to Chatswood or to Manly (144 Bus). It’s also a 10-12 minute walk to the bus stop to the city, Macquarie Park, Burwood etc (Longueville Road). The commute is super easy if you don’t have a car. Otherwise, there is a covered parking spot that you could use.

It is a 12-minute walk to the Lane Cove Canopy, where there is Aldi, Coles and Woolies.

The apartment is a spacious two-bedroom unit with a shared bath (We will have separate storage areas). Your room will conveniently fit a queen bed and a desk. It has a built-in wardrobe.

My housemate is moving out either mid-June or mid-July, and I’m just putting some feelers out there for someone who’s looking at a place around this time. ◡̈ (She is unfortunately taking some of her furniture, so if you have any you would like to bring, feel free to do so!)

There’s a balcony and an internal laundry room. There is also a pool in the complex.

It’s a pretty quiet neighbourhood and is surrounded by trees.

Unfortunately, we can’t have pets. 😔

Bills and expenses

The rent will include internet, water, and electricity. If you would be working from home, we will have to see how much extra will be for electricity after the first month. ◡̈

The initial contract ends in September but I’m looking at staying longer.
