Hi Guys, looking for a friendly person to rent our third bedroom in Lane Cove as we are losing our current roommate to a job offer in Brisbane. Happy to answer any questions you may have about the house, room or us as roommates :)

- Meriton Arise complex located on Epping Road (apt is in Building E)
- Bus stop located directly across the road – 15 mins to get to the CBD
- Locked undercover parking (included in rent)
- Convience store located within the complex
- Close to Lane Cove, Macquarie and Chatswood shops
- Complex has a pool, spa, sauna and gym
- 24/7 security manning the building
- Outdoor rooftop BBQ areas able to be booked

The apartment:
- 11th floor with a good view
- Modern fit-out and very spacious living areas
- Fully furnished including white goods
- Ducted air con in living areas (and in bedrooms)
- Currently no internet (we use work sims) but happy to look into signing up

Bills and expenses

Bills (electricity, water) are split evenly as they come in, we use the Splitwise website to log payments etc.
