Situated in a super quiet estate that also has some communal garden areas.

Townhouse is back off the street in leafy Leichhardt. Very quiet and peaceful. You would be living with a professional female in her 30's and a small miniature dachshund called Freddie. Open to dogs as well, obviously depending on how they get along with Freddie :)

Shared bathroom with an extra downstairs toilet. Full internal laundry facilities. Plus private outdoor clothes line. Fully equipped kitchen. Large living area with television with all the streamers, plus large couch and dining table. Super cozy, sunny, bright and airy 2 level townhouse.

8min walk to a light rail station with access straight to Central. Plus many bus routes from Norton St.
10min walk to two different supermarkets.
Just off the main road of Norton St in Leichhardt.
