Environment:
This is a safe, clean, and welcoming shared home, with the same expectations you’d find in a typical house or flat. We maintain a non-smoking/vaping and drug-free environment. We also have two friendly fur babies—a pug and a chihuahua—so you’ll need to be comfortable around pets.

There are two shared bathrooms available for tenants (one upstairs and one downstairs). Downstairs includes all common areas: a fully equipped kitchen, living space, office, bathroom, outdoor deck, barbecue area, pool, laundry with washing machine, and clothesline.

Commute:
The location is very convenient, with a local café, gym, kindergarten, and primary school just a 3-minute walk away. The bus stop is at the end of the street, and it’s only a short trip from Emu Plains Station to Penrith Westfield and surrounding shopping areas. Travel time is approximately 1 hour to the city or 30 minutes to Parramatta. The Nepean River is also nearby—perfect for kayaking, boating, jet skiing, biking, or enjoying walking tracks.
