My home:
Large sunroom, Big kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, Large shower, Huge 3x3m Laundry, Patio/Cattio, Backyard has a wrap around deck, Pagola in backyard perfect for a gym set up. Front yard is fenced & has plenty of parking space aswell as my Greenhouses. The backyard is in the process of being turned entirely into food crop garden beds.
Large fridge/freezer + Chest freezer, Dual draw air fryer, Microwave, Oven/Stove
- 2mins to bus stops to St Mary’s or Mount Druitt train stations.
- 5min walk to Lethbridge Park shops
- 10min walk to Emerton shops (Woolies etc)
I’m good friends with the neighbours on both sides, they are lovely. I often have BBQs with them. The street is very quiet.

I take care of the housework, lawns & gardens. You’d take care of your laundry, dishes, buy your own food & keep your own room clean (This is a must)
I’m open to rearranging the house to fit your belongings.

Tibby the tabby: 9yo Male Tabby cat. Big boy, large fit boy. Very sweet will come for a snuggle. Typical scaredy cat. Barely leaves the sunroom as it’s his palace.
Montanah (Monty) the staffy: 9yo Female. Been by her mums side since 3 weeks old & raised with & by cats & birds. Is a complete love bug, will happily sleep all day under the blankets. Would die protecting her cats. She’s let two stray cats move into the backyard & also protects them. This little brindle wiggle but will win your heart over in seconds with her big smile & happiness.
