Description of the home
The apartment is large and modern (circa 2018), fully furnished with the exception of the second bedroom which is yours to fill (bed provided). The main bathroom will also be all yours to use.
The apartment has plenty of natural light, a large kitchen, a west facing balcony and east facing courtyard.
Across the road from the Inner West Light Rail (Lewisham West stop), a 5 minute walk to Lewisham Station and a 10 minute walk to Summer Hill Village / Summer Hill Station.

In my spare time I love to keep active by going to the gym after work / on the weekend and am always down for a good bush walk.
My other interests include taking care of my numerous plant babies, going out for a social beveragino and catching up with friends.
I live a pretty independent life but am looking for a relaxed housemate who is up for the odd cheeky wine on the balcony.
This household is a queer and socially progressive home which is kept rather clean with the assistance of my much beloved robot vacuum called Osmo, her current routine is 9:30am Monday to Friday and 10:30am weekends, but happy to change this if you aren't a morning person :).
My preference is for a housemate that also works full time, also leads an active and social lifestyle and enjoys doing their fair share of keeping the apartment clean.
In all seriousness though, they are very beautiful and very independent young women who keep to themselves the entire time.
