Comfortable spacious older style, three bedroom, fully carpeted home with a "family" environment - paint a bit shabby in places but everything provided. Ample amounts of furniture, glassware and cooking utensils with decent appliances and space for food storage and cooking. Pleasant sunny garden with outdoor settings and spacious park behind with barbecue. Rent (inclusive of bills) can be discussed forshort term stays as it is costly for wait time and re-advertising.

About occupants
I have spent some years travelling in Japan and my partner and I own a signficant home in central Tokyo where we spend some time each year, separately or together when not traveling. I am currently renting one bedroom to a Japanese postgraduate student. I want a housemate who enjoys a family home and some outdoor entertaining space. It is a low key environment with garden space to enjoy and a park behind the house. Clean, no fuss. Not at all an intrusive environment. I expect some contribution to household duties. I generally spend sebveral months in Tokyo. I pay for weekly cleaning of common areas as my contribution to household chores and expect housemates to take on some chores to maintain a largish home.

Cleanliness is important to me and I pay for weekly cleaning. Minding your own space and sharing communal (living/ dining/ kitchen) rooms equally, although I am very self-contained. I am happy when housemates lead their own lives but enjoy some shared time if and when possible. The house is adequate for people to be totally independent.
Description of pets
Sheba, is an older pussy who sleeps in a different part of the garden depending on the time of day. Affectionate, but not demanding, especially if it doesn't interrupt her sleep.
