The unit is less than 10 minutes walk to Lidcombe train station, Dooleys club and local shops. Auburn shops, Lidcombe centre and Costco are near by (only a short drive, bus or train ride away).
Lidcombe pools is a short 5 minutes walk away.
The rent includes the electricity, gas and water bills.
The building is a secure place with security cameras around the outside of it. Plenty of free street parking.
Bankstown, Parramatta DFO Homebush aren’t too far away by car, bus or train ride.
Good location, the train line is near by but the bedroom is on the other side of the building so the trains aren’t too noisy.
