Hi everyone! I’m looking for a housemate to move into a spacious master bedroom with private bathroom in a townhouse near Lidcombe Station.

- 10–15 min walk to Lidcombe Station, eateries & groceries.

🛏️ Ideal for: Someone tidy, respectful, and keen on a quiet, private space. No TV currently (I don’t watch), but happy to discuss getting one!
