This is a really gorgeous apartment in Little Bay, I've been living in the home for almost twelve years and this is a warm welcoming home for the right person.
You will have your own room and bathroom which leads out to your own front balcony. There is also a huge balcony out the back with a little gym area and ocean views. It's about a 10min walk to the local Little Bay beach and there are rock pools in the area for safe swims all year round.
It's newly renovated, with a new dishwasher, air conditioning the in the living area, internal laundry with a washing machine, the 2nd bedroom is furnished has a bed and built in wardrobes. It has wooden floor boards, high ceilings, lots of air and light a storage cage downstairs that's a really good size.
Parking is ground floor, just across from the apartment, you never have to worry about finding a car spot and you never wake up to a parking ticket. Public transport is easily accessible from the bus and then the light rail from Maroubra Junction.
There are heaps of beach options, as well as nature walks through the Botany Bay National Park. It would definitely suit someone who enjoys a beach lifestyle, nature and the outdoors and has a happy positive vibe. I really like cooking when I have time, I am mainly fish, organic and plant based, happy to share meals occasionally but mostly we cook for ourselves.
You will need to provide a fortnights rent in advance to secure the room and that will be refunded when you leave provided I am happy with the condition you leave it in.

I've been living in this apartment for almost twelve years and I really love the location and my neighbours are great. I have a pretty busy schedule and even though I like being social, when I am home I like my down time and I mostly do my own thing.
I am into conscious dance, ice-baths, meditation, ocean swims throughout the seasons, music, art, film drama doco's, spirituality and personal development. I am alcohol free, I enjoy sometimes having friends over but generally go out if I am being social, love gym and a steam, keeping fit and a balanced lifestyle.
I am pretty easy going but I really need someone who has a similar mind set, can pay the rent, is willing to make the house a home, isn't a smoker or heavy drinker and likes to live in a clean environment. Like super clean, I have pretty high standards and I need you to be the same. I like watching movies occasionally, have a great TV and sound bar, but ideally I don't want to live with someone who watches TV or news all day.
It's a really lovely community of people here, ideally someone who appreciates having a sense of neighbourhood community.
