Quaint 2 bedroom apartment that we would be sharing. One bedroom would be mine and one would be yours. Fully furnished with large couch, TV with access to a large array of streaming platforms. Dining table as well as access to the kitchen. Parking is close by (access to side street parking or free parking lot nearby). Rent, bills and utilities would be split 50/50 as you have access to all the amenities and utilities I have had access in the apartment in the last 3 years I’ve been living here.

Bills and expenses

Weekly rent that I pay fortnightly (one week in advance). Electricity bill every 3 months would be shared evenly between the two of us. Water bill is included in the rent. Internet comes at the beginning of every month which we would share as well.

Description of pets
My dogs name is Kairo, he is about a year and a half. He is quite energetic but to be transparent once we gets to know you he is super chill. I’ll be watching TV and he will just be chilling. He doesn’t sit on the couch or go on the carpet so it’s pretty much dog hair free in that area. There is a balcony for him to do his business so there won’t be any mess inside the house.
