THE PLACE IS TO BE DECIDED BY ALL 3 OF US

We are two male friends currently trying to move to a bigger place and trying to find a third flatmate to join us. I am a 33 year old Italian American gay male who is studying full time and am very social; I have quirky habit of cleaning when Im bored and while I love to socialize I respect personal space too. I love to cook/bake and generally make way too much and play games. We also have 2 cats that are super friendly.

My other flatmate is a 31 year old bi Lebanese male who is studying and works nights and is very social as well. He keeps fit and loves to be and out about and make others laugh. When at home he socializes but also likes his alone time to decompress.

We are both easy going people and want someone who is also easy going and knows how to communicate well and is respectful. We tend to alternate or split household duties to cut costs (rather than have a cleaner) and have the majority of furniture covered (minus your bedroom stuff). Happy to switch things around if you have other belongings that you'd like to bring along.

Honestly we haven't selected a place yet and figured we would all decide together to make it a proper place. We are looking in the western suburb area trying to center it within 20-25 minutes of Liverpool.
