My apartment is on the first floor of a quiet complex in a leafy neighbourhood. Fully furnished combined living and dining space shared with only 1 person.

Lots of dedicated cabinet space for you in the kitchen. You are also welcome to use any of the kitchen dishes and gadgets like the Nespresso coffee maker and Ninja blender. Laundry is internal washer and dryer as pictured. Not pictured is a balcony with an elliptical you are welcome to use looking over lush greenery which is a perk of having Lane Cove Park as your backyard.

There is LOADS of street parking right out front of the apartment. Just a 2 minute walk to bus stop. Just over 1km to Macquarie Centre and Macquarie University
