I am subletting my fully furnished room in my apartment of 2BHK for a short term, from January 18, 2025 - February 18, 2025.
It is a small comfortable room in the apartment located 10 minutes walk from the Macquarie university, 8 minutes walk from the Macquarie center, 7 minutes walk from the Macquarie uni metro, 2 minutes walk from the Indian grocery store, 1 minute walk from the bus stand which goes to the city directly.
Looking for a vegetarian person who will keep the apartment clean. You will be sharing the apartment with another girl who is working full time.
Rent - $300 per week including bills (electricity, water and WI-FI)
The apartment has 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony.
2 Weeks Bond + 1 Week rent required in advance. You can move in as soon as all the payment above is cleared.
