My current tennant is returning to South Korea Dec 28 after sharing with me for most of 2025. This is a great apartment. You'll be sharing it with me. I'm a busy small business owner so you'll have a lot of privacy. No common walls, split level with high ceilings in living area (top floor of 2 floors), shared bathroom with shower & bath, internal laundry, north facing balcony. Swimming pool - 25m - in complex. Less than 5 mins walk to bus stop, plus easy 20 min. walk to Macquarie Shopping Centre / Macquarie University / Macquarie train station. Must love cats & be responsible enough to keep front door shut. Vego preferred but will be flexible.
