Its a large apartment you have your own bedroom, and an additional room which is intened as a bedroom but great for anyone WFH as you have your own study and your own bathroom.
We realised we could get alot more for our money in manly as a couple if we joined with another couple and get a four bed apartment. We have large living area, large balcony area for bbqs kicthen and utility room.

Hello, we are Matt and Hannah, a couple in our early 30s, excited to find another couple or individual to share our penthouse apartment in Manly from July.
A bit about the apartment: It’s a spacious four-bedroom property that offers a superb balance of privacy and space. Each side of the apartment features its own large bedroom, bathroom, and office space. There’s also a very large lounge and dining area, a spacious kitchen with a separate utility room. We have a fantastic balcony that runs the length of the apartment, where we enjoy hosting barbecues or watching the sunset with a drink in hand.
We realised quite quickly that sharing the space allows for much more room at a lower cost and are looking for the right couple or person to join us.

We’re generally active and our weekdays tend to be low-key. We enjoy entertaining and often have barbecues on the balcony.
