Hey there! I'm looking for a fantastic flatmate to share my brand new, newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in beautiful Queenscliff. One private room is available, offering a lifestyle that perfectly blends relaxation with an active, outdoor focus.

The Apartment & Its Perks
Live in style! Our place is fully furnished with brand new everything – just bring your sheets. The kitchen is a chef's dream with a beautiful, spacious bench perfect for cooking. The large living area faces the ocean, leading to a balcony overlooking Queenscliff Beach with a BBQ. Enjoy a huge TV inside.

You'll have two modern bathrooms and your bedroom offers plenty of cupboard space and convenient underbed storage. We also have a nice backyard outlook of palms.

The complex boasts a finish sauna, plus brand new washer, dryer, and all new appliances. For parking, a parking pass is available for on-street parking, or an undercover car spot for an extra $50/week.

Location is unbeatable: buses to Manly Wharf run right out front, coffee is 100m away, and it's a 5-minute walk over the hill to Freshwater. We have lovely neighbours too!

A quick note: The building is in its final facade development stages, completing in July, but this doesn't affect the apartment.

I live with my wonderful Rhodesian Ridgeback, Olive, so you absolutely must love dogs! She's friendly and well-behaved.

I'm an extremely active coach and build a startup from my home office most afternoons. I love to cook but stick to a strict meal plan. I work early, so it's not a party house, though we can occasionally entertain or share a glass of wine at the end of the week.

Who I'm Seeking
