The apartment is beautifully furnished throughout with brand new, high quality furnishings creating a comfortable and stylish living environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium cookware, utensils and appliances making it ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking.
For your convenience, essential disposables such as toilet paper, napkins, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and hand soap are supplied. The laundry area includes both a washer and dryer, ensuring everything you need is on hand, alternatively clothes lines are available for use.
Common areas within the apartment are regularly cleaned and maintained for you — you are only responsible for keeping your own room tidy and cleaning up after yourself.
Utilities are simple and transparent: you will only be charged 50% of the electricity usage. You will be supplied with a parking permit.
