For your convenience, essential disposables such as toilet paper, napkins, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and hand soap are supplied. The laundry area includes both a washer and dryer, ensuring everything you need is on hand.
Common areas within the apartment are regularly cleaned and maintained for you — you are only responsible for keeping your own room tidy and cleaning up after yourself.
Utilities are simple and transparent: you will only be charged 50% of the electricity usage.
