Description of the home
I currently live with two flatmates, and one will be moving out at the end of January, so we’re looking for a third person to fill his bedroom. 🙂
The apartment is on the second floor and has amazing views, big windows, and spacious bedrooms. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Shelly Beach and 5 minutes to the Corso, surrounded by beautiful walking tracks. The street is calm and quiet, making it perfect for relaxing.
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and ready to go.
We have a wrap-around balcony that’s perfect for summer vibes, a kitchen with large windows, great bench space, plenty of cupboards, and lots of storage throughout the apartment.
You’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower and is nice and spacious.
Street parking is available, and we can arrange a permit if needed. 🙂

My name is Veronica, and I live in this beautiful apartment. I work as an occupational therapist, both in a clinic and in the community. I work full-time over four days (Monday to Thursday). I love lazy Sundays, but I’m also always up for a good hike or a dance. I’m a big fan of travelling and camping too.
My other flatmate is Harry. He works as a carpenter 5 days a week, he is very outdoorsy, loves exercising, and is always up for a good laugh.
When it comes to sharing a home, we’re looking for a housemate who also sees home as a place to relax. We value respecting each other’s privacy while also being good mates.
We’re happy to have the occasional chat after work (maybe with a glass of wine!) or go for a walk, but we don’t expect to be best friends 🙂
We both have a few close friends and enjoy hosting occasional dinners or barbecues at home, and of course, you’re more than welcome to do the same. That said, this is not a party house.
We’re looking for an easy-going, positive person with good vibes, who cleans up after themselves and wants to share a great space together.
