It’s the best spot in manly.
We have a great balcony for entertainment ocean views and sunsets or just to watch the world go by.
The room is huge with built in wardrobes.
It’s an open plan kitchen and living room.
Everything is furnished apart from your room.
We have a shared laundry area with some storage space.
It comes with a on street parking permit.
We have a shower and a bath in the bathroom.
I’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s an epic spot.
You have access to both the front and back roofs which are huge on mostly used for clothes drying the front one people just hang out on.
It’s 1 min walk to ferry literally over the road, Coles is round the corner and the main beach is 400m away.
The office grass area and beach is basically our front yard.

Hi there I’m Andy, I have lived in this spot do 4 years. For me it’s the best spot in town. The ocean is out side the front door harbour side. Everything you need is with a stones throw Cole’s the beach. I surf a lot play a little volley ball and try to run when I can. I’m an early riser to head out see what the days got on offer. I like to be social but also love being quite.
