I have an active lifestyle and work during the week (sometimes odd hours), so the place stays generally calm and tidy.

Happy to have a chat or a beer now and then – but overall it’s more of an independent living setup rather than a social flatshare.

Looking for someone clean, respectful and easy to live with.
