After many years in my adorable Manly apartment, I've decided to explore other areas of Sydney. I am hoping to find someone, or a couple, to take over the lease on my flat. With a short walk to the wharf and beaches. ☺️ Apartment will be fully furnished and will only charge for the big items such as appliances and some furniture. It'll have everything you need.

This apartment, located on the best street in Manly, will be available 15 July. The apartment owners do not accept pets in the units.

Everything works in the apartment: toilet, hot water with great pressure, gas stove, washing machine, refridgerator and the dishwasher (which belongs to the owner) all are amazing.

4-block of flats with young couples in each unit. Shared backyard garden with a clothesline, squat rack, table, festoon lights and big umbrella. Perfect for entertaining.

Lovely rental in a great location in Manly. 5-7 minute walk to the Corso, cafes, wharf, busses, Coles and Sydney Rd shops. No walking up a hill. Being on the strand is great with the option to go to the water on the wharf side or the beachside in just a couple minutes.
