I am looking for a female flatmate to share my beautiful two bedroom apartment in Manly Vale. The apartment has ample street parking, large balcony adjoining the kitchen/living room, and comes with a washing machine and updated kitchen. The apartment also has reverse cycle aircon, hardwood lino floors throughout, and is fully furnished aside from the second bedroom. Please note the photos don’t show the current furniture, but the apartment is furnished nicely and available to view on inspection.
The best part of this apartment has to be the location. It’s located close to excellent public transport, is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Manly beach, and is walking distance to local shops (Coles, Woolworths and Aldi). With a 5 minute walk to the bus it takes half an hour to reach the city (Wynyard), and is an amazing location for commuting to the city for work.
The room has a generous full wall wardrobe for clothes and storage, as well as space for a desk and single bed, or double bed. The room is light filled with inbuilt shelves, and has a large window. The main spaces of the house are fully furnished including washing machine, fridge, sofa, tv, and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing needed for the room is a bed, so the house is practically fully furnished!
There is also ample storage cupboard space in the hallway, bathroom and kitchen if needed.

I am looking for someone on a similar work schedule to share the house with, who likes a clean house and a relaxed home. As a housemate I like to be social and respectful, I enjoy a fun open house but I am also mindful of privacy and personal space in a shared living environment.
In my free time outside of work I generally enjoy exercise, going to the beach, reading, cooking, spending time with friends and my partner, and a good Netflix binge. I balance WFH with office days most weeks, and will sometimes travel for work as well. I like a relaxed and harmonious home environment, so if this sounds like a good fit send me a message!
